Pawel Kowalski Mandala 8-11-26

I'm quite impressed with this new coloring book!
Pawel Kowalski is a Polish artist with very unique illustrations.
My favorite colors are purples and blues,
so these are the main colors I used.

Since my crafting began as a scrapbook artist, it's sometimes
fun to incorporate some of those elements on a colored page.
I used dark navy blue flat back rhinestones to decorate the flower petals.
There were circles already drawn there,
but the rhinestones just gave this page something extra special!
I really LOVE how this flower turned out!

Here's some around the page close ups.

Thanks for viewing my coloring!
Have a wonderfully delightful blessed day!

Mandala Bird of Paradise

I just bought another unique mandala coloring book.
This one combines the mandalas with florals.
I chose to start with the Bird of Paradise.

I chose to use Kalour colored pencils because of the vibrancy
& numerous choices in each color family.
These are not my favorite colored pencils to use because of several reasons,
which are found in these two previous critque posts:

Even with all of my complaints about these colored pencils,
this 8" x  8" coloring may just be a favorite and end up on my
Favorites Coloring Wall in my craft room!
Here are two previous posts regarding this wall.

To get everything as smooth & solidly colored as possible,
I had to go over each color 3 times.
YES!  THREE TIMES.
Very time consuming in my opinion.
But, had I not done this, I don't think this coloring would be as nice.

However, the outcome is really pretty
because I LOVE bright, vibrant colors.

I began coloring the flower.
Every single color used on this page,
with the exception of the light purple used for the background color in the center,
was used on the flower & its leaves & stems.
These were then used throughout the entire page.

These are the Kalour colored pencils that I used:

Here are some more photos:

Once again, I thank you for visiting my blog.
Have a wonderfully blessed day!

Intricate Pattern 6-4-26

I gravitate to the colors used in today's intricate pattern coloring.
I'm going to try harder to use color palettes that I'm not 100% comfortable with
to change things up a bit.

But, I must say, this one turned out beautifully.
The colors are so pretty together!

I used only Polychromos colored pencils.

Thanks for dropping by to see my coloring.
Coloring is such a wonderful hobby.
I'm so glad I discovered it!
Have a blessed day,

Intricate Pattern 5-15-26

I was apprehensive while coloring this one.
I initially felt that I had made a mistake with my color choices.
However, now that it's completed,
I think it looks quite alright!

These are the colors I used.

Thanks again for coming by!
On to the next coloring....

Have a blessed day,

Intricate Pattern 3-22-26

I sure enjoyed coloring this page!
Oh La La!
I always love my favorite color of purple with greens!
I decided on 3 shades of purple; 2 greens; 1 orange.
I LOVE how this turned out!

These are the 6 colors I used.

Very fun to color!
It came together rather quickly too!

Thanks for coming by & have a very blessed day,
