My sweet friend, Patty, is celebrating her birthday in early November!
I chose the beautiful 49 and Market Vintage Artistry Moonlit Garden collection
to make her 6" x 8" card and the envelopes to put it in.
The shaker on her card is situated among pretty mulberry paper flowers.
I filled it with two tones of blue sequins.
The top of the card, above the shaker and flowers,
is adorned with Dusty Attic's mini chipboard,
inked in a very dark Navy Blue.
Among the flowers are beautiful ReneaBouquets butterflies
and a laser cut element reminding Patty "Time to Enjoy".
This word rub-on in the collection was very fitting!
The birthday sentiment is printed using Monotype Corsiva font,
which happens to be a favorite of mine.
Laser cut wildflowers & elements, postage stamp washi tape
and chipboard butterflies decorate the back of the card beautifully.
These are the box-in-box envelopes that hold the card.
Since this collection is so beautiful
and Patty loves to read,
I thought of making her some bookmarks!
Using the 6" x 8" papers,
I cut two bookmarks into 2-3/4" wide x 7" long size
and decorated them with rub-ons
and then laminated them.
These are the fronts.
These are the backsides.
I decorated this one with two rub-ons.The green one between the butterflies
and the brown one at the bottom.
I used the black moths rub-on
on the backside.
The rub-ons on the next one are the yellow stem flowers at the top,
with the greenish butterfly next to it.
I also put one postage stamp washi tape too!
The backside is too beautiful of a print to add anything to it!
Making these bookmarks was a fun project! Thanks again for the visit!
Hope everyone is doing well and may God bless your day!
