Remarkable Lucy

Sharing a bright and fun layout using a photo taken 12-4-16 of Lucy.
The first word I said when I saw the photo was 'remarkable'.

I loved how Lucy looked on this K&Company SW Nature paper!
I used the 3D butterfly stickers from the same collection.

I knew that I would use this ultra-adorable wood 'LOVE LOVE LOVE YOU Heart' on a layout of one of my kitties!
I mixed Bright Red & Terra Cotta acrylic paint together to produce the red-orange color I wanted.
As you can see the entire heart is made up of the word 'LOVE'.
I just had to make the one 'YOU' really stand out, so I painted it in Butter Cream color.

I pictured this precious wooden heart as a balloon floating over Lucy's photo.
Using The Dusty Attic teeny tiny ABCs that I heat embossed with Blue Fern Studios Summer Leaves,
I placed the word 'Remarkable' in a wavy fashion to resemble the balloon string.

I've been dying to use this new Tattered Lace die Ava Flower and it was just perfect for this layout!
I decorated some of the flower centers with tiny rhinestones.

And here is Lucy's name that I simply acrylic painted in Butter Cream color.

Thanks so much for coming by and have a great day!  Lisa : )

  1. You already know how much I Love Lucy - so I'll keep it to the layout!! LOL (but I guess I can't because I love this pic and it is indeed remarkable that she can be so darn cute!!) Your layout is so pretty!! I love the butterflies with that they are coming off the page and about to take wing! I love the little Lucy name in yellow to match the YOU, too, and how the "Remarkable" is like a kitty tail!

Thank you so much for your wonderful comments! I appreciate every one of them!
