This lovely 5" x 7" card is for my very best friend in the world.
This year we celebrate 51 years of best friendship!!
I'm beyond blessed to have her in my life.
She means the absolute world to me.
Carmel's favorite color is red.
I coordinated various papers from my stash
to design the front with layered strips that are either
straight cut, edge punched or edge cut with deco scissors.
Here are close up photos of the strips.
As you can see, I chose enamel dots in a beautiful
green that closely matches the green strip on the card.
The oval die cut is adhered flat to the card
and has a printed note especially for Carmel.
I came across a beautiful saying that was perfectly stated
to explain how meaningful best friendship with her is to me.
A stunning butterfly by ReneaBouquets is adhered with foam adhesive circles
for dimension and really makes a gorgeous centerpiece for the card!
This is another top fave butterfly for me!
I just love the rose colors in it!
