Mandala Style Cat

 I've been enjoying coloring mandalas lately

and discovered some interesting coloring books by the same artist.

I really love her style, so this new coloring book has mandala style animals!

Here is my mandala style cat.

My most favorite color is purple, 

so I chose to use quite a number of different colors 

in the purple color family.

Coordinating navy blue, green, orange, yellow-orange & chartreuse

I think really added to this coloring.

I finished another mandala in nearly record time! LOL! 

I love the colors in this one. 

I used both Prismacolor Premier & Faber-Castell Polychromos colored pencils.

 Today's mandala is very colorful!

I'm so happy with it & really love it!

That's because I love bright colors.

I chose color cube card #390 for my color choices,

adding an aqua in the mix.

 Initially I chose 5 colors for this mandala 

and then decided to check my Color Cube cards,

where I found that I really liked two variations of purple as well.

Color Cube cards 206 & 208 picked up on the colors I wanted to use.
