Harley Rose

One of my very dearest friends, Kay,
has the cutest little Yorkie that she named Harley Rose.
I'm "Aunt Lisa" to Harley.
She's a lovable wiggly-jiggly sweetie pie!
I just love her!

I was so fortunate to be able to capture her in a few photos
because most of the time she can't stop moving!
I wanted to include her on my Friend's Wall in my craft room
and decided to make myself a layout & one for Kay as well.
They're nearly identical, except for the swirly chipboards used
since I didn't have enough of the same ones for both layouts.

I had two of the same very old Blue Fern Studios papers
that were the perfect pink for little Harley.

This one is mine

and this one is for Kay.

Although little Harley's colors are beige face & ears with a dark gray body,
which is known as a blue & tan Yorkie (I looked it up),
I opted to combine the colors of pink & brown for these layouts,
with a few other pops of colors.

One of my very top favorite ReneaBouquets butterflies
are the ones I chose to use on these layouts.
They have pink on them & are always a beautiful addition to my projects.

Now for close ups,
starting with the title that are tiny chipboard letters
heat embossed in a beautiful pink with gold flecks.
I die cut the doily pieces using kraft cardstock to give the
pink letters a background so they would be seen,
as they were almost the same color as the layout paper
and tended to sort of "disappear" on the page.

Now for the flower arrangements......
Notice the shimmer on the heather flowers!

Lastly, here's a close up of the two small photos on these layouts.
I caught little Harley giving me a "side-eye" look! LOL!
She's such a cutie patootie!

Thanks for visiting to see Harley Rose's layouts.
Have a very blessed day,
Lisa >^..^<
