Sophie - loved you most

 I struggled for days to get the design of this layout right

because it's of Sophie, my dearest Heart of Hearts.

She was killed by coyotes at age 14.

I've never been able to fully get over her death. 

She was and always will be a very special cat to me.

49 and Market's Vintage Artistry Wedgewood collection

had the perfect paper and embellishments.

Starting with the top left corner of the layout,

I punched each corner in a coordinating design 

that goes very well with the die cuts on the layout.

ReneaBouquets exceptional Beautiful Printed Board Hummingbird 

adorns the layers of greenery & flowers.

I framed my sweet Sophie by cutting out the center of the die cut,

mimicking the punched layout corners by using pearls.

Sophie's name is custom chipboard by Want2Scrap

and is inked in a dark navy blue.

It sits on top of washi strips from the collection.

The second half of the layout title "loved you most" is from 

49 and Market's laser cut elements in this collection.

I cut out a solid background and placed the laser cut 

using foam adhesive for dimension.
